The six-song collection was recorded on tour in 2009, and features three songs from King Wilkie Presents: The Wilkie Family Singers and three tunes previously unfeatured on any King Wilkie recordings. If you saw the live shows last year, you know how powerful King Wilkie are in concert. The EP is a great distillation of all they do so well: rollicking fiddle tunes, heart-rending original laments, Muppets-meet-vaudeville wit, and everything in between.
